Your order confirmation email is usually the first place to look, so check the email address used during checkout and search your inbox, spam, or junk folder if needed. The confirmation message is important because it connects your payment to your order and gives you the basic reference details you may need later. If you cannot find it, do not wait too long before contacting us. Include your name, the email used for the purchase, and any payment information that helps identify the order.
