These Terms and Conditions govern the use of NOWINTIME websites, shop pages, digital pages, social pages, and the purchase of products offered by NOW IN TIME.

By purchasing from us or using our pages, you agree to the following terms, as well as to the Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and License and Intellectual Property Policy.

1. About NOWINTIME

NOW IN TIME (also called NOWINTIME), formerly an informal association of individuals, is now operated as part of Domus Vestae LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States.

NOWINTIME creates and sells selected physical and digital products, including but not limited to retro-inspired objects, Game Boy literary cartridges, games, fonts, assets, software tools, 3D models, prints, and related design products.

2. Product descriptions

We try to describe products as accurately as possible. However:

  • colors, materials, finishes, and small details may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, printing, hand-finishing, or manufacturing tolerances
  • vintage, modified, repurposed, or handcrafted products may show minor irregularities consistent with their nature
  • compatibility and usage limitations are described to the best of our knowledge, but the buyer is responsible for verifying suitability before purchase

3. Availability and product changes

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, update, or remove products, prices, descriptions, or packaging at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order becomes final once accepted through the relevant platform.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • product unavailability
  • pricing or listing errors
  • suspected fraud or abuse
  • legal or compliance concerns
  • inability to fulfill the order as requested

If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable refund will be handled through the platform used for purchase.

5. Prices, taxes, customs, and import charges

Prices are shown on the relevant sales platform and may change at any time before purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local fees, or similar charges applied by their country. International customs fees and import duties are not paid in advance, as they cannot be calculated with absolute accuracy beforehand. The destination country’s customs authorities determine these charges and are usually requested upon delivery or clearance.

NOWINTIME is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, postal disruptions, or carrier issues outside our control.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only, not guarantees.

We are responsible for dispatching the order as described, but we are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, force majeure events, strikes, transport disruption, or inaccurate buyer-provided delivery information. We generally offer tracked shipping for physical items, unless otherwise specified in the product description or agreed upon with the customer.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

After that period, cancellation may no longer be possible, especially for made-to-order, customized, personalized, printed-on-demand, or already dispatched items.

8. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content, designs, text, images, layouts, branding, concepts, product presentation, software, digital files, packaging, and creative materials made by NOWINTIME are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All rights are reserved except where a product page or license expressly states otherwise.

No part of our work may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, reverse-engineered, resold, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Third-party marks and references

Some products may reference third-party brands, platforms, literary works, or hardware ecosystems for compatibility, commentary, historical reference, artistic reinterpretation, or descriptive purposes.

Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless explicitly stated, NOWINTIME products are independent creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the relevant trademark owners.

This applies in particular to unofficial decorative 3D prints or reinterpretations of apps, software, and brand-related logos or symbols.

The customer acknowledges that any text, image, logo, design, or other file submitted to NOWINTIME for conversion into a product is provided at the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer represents and warrants that they own, control, or have obtained all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary for such use, and that the submitted material does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. NOWINTIME reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order involving material that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise legally risky. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold NOWINTIME harmless against third-party claims, losses, or costs arising from materials submitted by the customer.

10. Public domain and source materials

Where stated, some products may incorporate texts or source materials believed to be in the public domain, or may rely on open-licensed tools or resources. Any original adaptation, formatting, presentation, design work, conversion, packaging, or medium-specific implementation created by NOWINTIME remains protected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOWINTIME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, platforms, or services.

Buyers are responsible for using products lawfully, safely, and according to any stated limitations.

12. External platforms

Purchases made through Etsy.com, Itch.io, MakerWorld.com, or other third-party platforms may also be governed by those platforms’ own terms, policies, payment rules, and dispute procedures.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a revised version on our website or relevant sales page.
