I was charged, but I did not get an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, do not panic. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you are looking at the same email address used during checkout. Then check whether the payment is still pending or fully completed on your bank or payment provider side. Sometimes a payment attempt looks like a charge at first and later disappears if it was not fully completed. If the money has clearly gone through and you still have no confirmation, contact us with the payment details, date, amount, and email used. That makes it much easier to trace what happened.
