Now In Time - Living The Past HANDMADE RETRO OBJECTS

Effective date: 18-Mar-2026

1. Who we are

This website and the related NOWINTIME sales channels are operated by NOW IN TIME.

NOW IN TIME (also called NOWINTIME), formerly an informal association of individuals, is now operated as part of Domus Vestae LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States.

We hate spam just like you. Therefore, we respect your privacy and process personal data as minimally as possible.

By purchasing from us or using our pages, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as to the Privacy PolicyRefund & Return Policy, and License and Intellectual Property Policy. Customer Reviews and FAQ are also available to the public.

For any privacy request, you can contact us.

2. What data we may receive

Depending on the platform you use, we may receive limited personal information necessary to process your order or respond to your message, such as:

  • name
  • shipping address
  • email address
  • order details
  • country or area of origin
  • messages you send us

We do not receive or store your full payment information. Payment data is fully handled by the relevant platform or payment provider, and we have no access to it.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data only when reasonably necessary to:

  • process and fulfill orders
  • arrange shipping
  • keep accounting and tax records
  • provide customer support
  • maintain limited internal statistics, such as order history and buyer area of origin

We do not use your data for aggressive profiling, resale, or unsolicited marketing.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We may share only the minimum data necessary with shipping providers in order to deliver physical orders.

Payment data is handled by the relevant platform or payment processor, not by us.

If you purchase, browse, or contact us through third-party platforms such as Etsy, Itch.io, Meta, Google, Pinterest, or similar services, those platforms may independently collect and process data under their own privacy policies. Their practices are outside our direct control.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

5. Retention

We do not keep personal information longer than necessary.

  • Order and receipt data may be retained for accounting and tax purposes for the period required by applicable law.
  • Limited statistical data may be retained in aggregated or internal form and may be anonymized or deleted upon request, where feasible.
  • Direct messages remain confidential, but if you want a message deleted, you may contact us and request deletion at any time.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

6. Cookies, media, tracking, and newsletters

At present, we do not intentionally use advertising pixels. We are currently actively collecting contacts for a newsletter intended to inform about our project updates and general tech information, no spam intended. Any newsletter subscription requires an active opt-in, and users are able to unsubscribe at any time. If anything changes in the future, this policy will be updated.

Please note that websites and third-party platforms may still use technical cookies or similar technologies required for their own operation.

Embedded content from other websites

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
