Can I request an invoice?

Your invoices are available for download in your Account page, in the Orders tab.

If you need help with specific billing information linked to your order or order paperwork, contact us directly and explain exactly what you need. It is better to do this clearly and early. Include your order details and any billing information that matters for the invoice request. If the order was placed through a third-party platform instead of the main store, invoicing or billing may also depend on that platform’s own process.

Purchases made through third-party platforms such as Etsy, Itch.io, or MakerWorld may also follow those platforms’ own payment and dispute procedures, so the exact flow can depend on where the order was placed. We sync external orders to our website, so if you create an account using the same email you used on the other platform, you should see the order in your account page.
