I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the Account page and click Lost your password?, then follow the email link sent to you to set a new password.

Make sure you enter the same email address you used for your account. If the reset email does not appear quickly, check your spam or junk folder before assuming the system failed. Also, check that you did not register with a different email by mistake. If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then make sure you are using the right email address.
