How do I check my order info and tracking?

The easiest way to keep an order easy to trace is to use the same email address consistently and save the order confirmation information you receive after checkout. That confirmation is the first thing you should look for if you need to identify, review, or discuss an order later. If you have an account, the tracking information is in the Orders tab in your Account page.

If you contact us, include the order number if you have it, along with the name and email used for the purchase. That saves time and avoids the usual back-and-forth where support has to guess which order you are talking about.
