I can’t log in. How do I fix it?
First, do not overcomplicate it. Check the basics in this order:
- make sure the email address is the right one,
- make sure the password is correct,
- make sure you are not mixing up two different accounts, and
- try a password reset if needed.
If you copied your password from somewhere, check that you did not accidentally copy an extra space.
If the problem still continues after a reset attempt, contact us and explain exactly what happens when you try to log in. “It doesn’t work” is not enough. A useful message explains whether the page reloads, shows an error, rejects the password, or never sends the reset email.
