Why was my payment declined?
A declined payment does not always mean there is a problem with the store. In many cases, the issue comes from the card provider, the bank, security checks, spending limits, expired card details, billing information that does not match, or temporary blocks on the payment method. The first thing to do is check that your card details, billing address, and payment information were entered correctly. If everything looks right and the payment still fails, try contacting your bank or payment provider before repeating the attempt too many times. Repeated failed attempts can sometimes create even more blocks or confusion.
