Do you ship worldwide?
Not anymore, unfortunately.
We still ship physical products internationally, but we can no longer offer every destination.
The main limitation now concerns the European Union: from August 2026, new packaging and extended producer responsibility rules can require national registrations, reporting, and in some cases an authorised representative in the destination country. For a very small workshop like ours, those fixed compliance costs can become completely disproportionate compared with the few orders we may receive from a single country, so we have had to temporarily withdraw physical sales from EU markets where we cannot comply in a realistic and sustainable way.
This does not affect purely digital products, which remain available worldwide where applicable.
Shipping also depends on the postal service actually accepting merchandise for the destination. With our current postal services, we cannot offer normal shipping to:
- Kosovo
- Israel
- Palestine
- Russia
- Somalia
- Syria
- Ukraine
- Yemen
- Other war zones and disputed territories.
Temporary suspensions can also affect countries that are normally covered, contact us for the current situation if you have any concerns.
For non-EU destinations, customs duties, tax handling, carrier reliability, times, and costs can vary a lot depending on the destination. Some countries are simpler and faster to ship to, while others may involve longer transit times, more expensive rates, or additional import steps. If you are ordering from outside the shop’s home country and want to avoid surprises, it is always sensible to check in advance, especially for custom work, urgent gifts, or higher-value orders. Also, check the other articles in the knowledge base.
If your country is not available at checkout, please do not enter a different country to bypass the restriction, contact us instead. Shipping availability may change again if postal services or regulations become more workable for small businesses.
