Where do I download my files?

If your product includes downloadable files, the first places to check are your order confirmation, the email address used for the purchase, and any account or order area linked to the transaction. Do not rely on memory. Use the exact email address you entered at checkout and search your inbox, spam, and junk folders carefully. If the product is browser-based, there may be nothing to download at all, because access happens through the web instead of through a file saved to your device. If you still cannot find what you paid for, contact us with the product name, order details, and the email used during checkout.
