Can I download my files again later?

If a product is sold as a downloadable file, it is smart to save it properly as soon as you receive it. Do not assume you will remember where it is later, and do not leave important files sitting only inside one email thread if you care about keeping them. Save them in a place you control and can find easily. If you need access again later and cannot find the files anymore, contact us with your order details and explain the situation clearly. The faster the order can be identified, the easier it is to understand what can be recovered.
