What if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or wrong?
That is exactly the kind of problem support needs to hear about. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or clearly not the product you were supposed to receive, contact us and explain the issue as specifically as possible. Say what file you expected, what you received instead, and what happens when you try to open or use it. If there is an error message, include it. This is not the same thing as a compatibility issue on your side. A defective file and a wrong setup are different problems, so describe the situation carefully instead of lumping everything together as “it doesn’t work.”
