What if the download link does not work?

First, make sure you are opening the correct link from the correct email or order. Then try again in a normal browser, preferably without unusual extensions or blocked scripts interfering with the process. If the link still does not work, do not keep repeating the same broken attempt forever. Contact us with the order details, the product name, and a clear explanation of what happens when you click the link. If there is an error message, include it. A broken link is much easier to fix when the problem is reported clearly.
