Can digital products be refunded?
Digital products are not the same as physical products, so refund expectations should be handled carefully. A real product fault, such as a corrupted file, a clearly wrong file, or a digital item that cannot reasonably be accessed because of an issue on the seller’s side, is one thing. A customer not having the right software, device, browser, printer settings, emulator, or technical setup is something else. If there is a digital problem, report it clearly with all the details. The exact refund rules should still follow the site’s policy, but the useful customer behavior is to describe the issue properly so it can be understood for what it actually is.
