I bought from you on Etsy, Itch.io, MakerWorld, or another platform. Will my order appear here too?
Yes, if you create an account on this website using the same email address you used for that purchase, synced orders can appear in your Account page, including the Orders tab. That makes it easier to keep everything in one place and check your order details or tracking without having to search across different inboxes or platforms. On our site, the Orders tab is already the place where account-based order and tracking information is shown.
That said, where you bought the item still matters. If the order was placed on Etsy.com, Itch.io, MakerWorld.com, or other third-party platforms, that purchase may still be subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, payment rules, and dispute procedures. Seeing the order in this website can be useful for keeping track of it, but it does not automatically replace the original platform’s rules. Payment handling, platform-specific protections, refunds, disputes, and some account-side actions may still need to follow the rules of the platform where the purchase actually happened.
If you order via Etsy.com or other third-party platforms, the platform usually collects the state taxes. These are also shown in your invoice.
The easiest way to avoid confusion is to stay consistent with your email address so orders are easier to trace, and if you ever contact us, it helps a lot if you also include the order number, your name, and the email used for the purchase. That saves time and avoids the usual back-and-forth when an order has to be identified manually.
