Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.
Sometimes an order can still be corrected, but you should never assume that changes are always possible. The only sensible move is to contact us immediately and explain exactly what needs to be changed. This matters even more for custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, because once work starts, the room for changes becomes much smaller. If the order contains a wrong address, the wrong quantity, the wrong product option, or missing personalization details, report it as soon as possible and do not wait for shipping to solve the problem for you.
