Yes, tracked shipping is part of the process for all items. That matters because many of the products in the shop are handmade, one-off, fragile, or difficult to replace in exactly the same way. Tracking helps protect both sides and gives a more reliable delivery experience than an untracked parcel. It does not eliminate every possible delay or issue, especially when customs or carrier slowdowns are involved, but it does give visibility into where the package is and what stage it has reached.
