Common Issues and How to Fix Them

A few problems are easy to solve without panic.

• If you cannot log in, first make sure you are using the same email address you registered with, or your username, and the correct password. If that still does not work, use Lost your password? on the Account page.
• If a password reset email does not show up right away, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the same email used for registration. The site sends a password setup link by email, so if the email is wrong, nothing else will work.
• If a font looks broken, it may not actually be broken. At least one font question already answered on the site makes it clear that the font in question currently displays capital letters only, so missing lowercase letters are not necessarily a bug.
• If a physical item arrives damaged or there is a problem with what you received, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos plus a short description of the issue.
• If a digital product seems wrong, refunds are only considered in specific cases, such as a defective or corrupted file, the wrong file being delivered, or a product that cannot reasonably be accessed because of a fault on our side. Not having the right software, hardware, printer settings, or technical setup is not treated as a product fault.
• If you are waiting on a refund, first check your bank account again, then your card provider, then your bank. Payment reversals can take time to appear. If you have already done that and nothing is showing up, contact us.
• If shipping seems stuck, remember that all packages are tracked, but customs delays, carrier delays, and destination-country import steps are outside our direct control. Customs duties and import taxes are also the buyer’s responsibility for countries other than the United States, for which they are already included in the shipping cost.
