Contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the item itself, along with the order details. That makes it much easier to understand what happened and evaluate the problem properly.
Since many products are physical objects that may be handmade, fragile, or difficult to reproduce in exactly the same way, it is important to document the issue clearly and early rather than waiting too long or sending only a vague description.
Do not throw away the packaging immediately if it helps show what happened during delivery. A proper report makes it much easier to understand whether the issue is shipping-related, packaging-related, or product-related, and what the next step should be.
