Start with the obvious checks first. Refresh the page, try again after a moment, and if needed, try a different browser or device. If the same page still refuses to load correctly, report it with the page link and a screenshot if possible. Also mention whether the issue is constant or only happens sometimes. That difference matters. A page that never loads is a different problem from one that only fails occasionally.
