Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are accepted for physical objects within 2 days of purchase. After that, cancellation may be refused if the order has already been prepared, customized, produced, packed, or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Timing matters.
An order that has not yet entered production or shipment is very different from one that is already being prepared, customized, packed, or dispatched. This is especially important for personalized or made-to-order products, where cancellation can become more limited once work has already started. The right approach is simple: do not wait, do not assume, and do not send a vague message. State clearly that you want to cancel the order and include the order details right away.
According to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 103.m TRLGDCU in Spain), you have the right to fully withdraw from your orders within 14 days. This does not apply to the following categories: customizations, digital content, dated services (i.e., perishable items), sealed items. Inside the product, you will find the information about your right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your Orders area in your account page, or you can use this form.
All digital sales are final unless:
- the file is defective or corrupted
- the delivered file is not the one purchased
- the product cannot reasonably be accessed due to a fault on our side

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
