What is the EU legal guarantee notice?

If you buy a physical product from us as an EU consumer, you are protected by the EU legal guarantee of conformity.

Under EU law, consumer goods are covered by a legal guarantee of at least two years from the date you receive them. If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or does not match what was advertised, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge. If that cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, other remedies such as a price reduction or refund may apply.
