Is there a warranty?
Yes. If something you buy from us is genuinely defective, arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we will look into it.
Depending on the problem, the product, the appropriate solution may be a repair, replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund.
This applies to both physical and digital products, although the type of problem can obviously be different. A corrupted download, a faulty USB drive, a defective cartridge, or a product that was made incorrectly are all things we want to know about.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, excessive heat, damage caused by modifications, or problems caused by using a product with unsupported hardware, software, browsers, printers, emulators, or other setups are not normally considered product defects.
Most of our products are handmade, made to order, vintage, repurposed, or built from components that can show small cosmetic differences. Marks, minor variations, or signs of age that were clearly described before purchase are part of the nature of those products and are not automatically defects.
Custom or personalized products are still covered if they are faulty or do not match what was agreed. Personalization can affect whether you can simply change your mind and return an item, but it does not remove your rights when something is actually wrong with the product.

If you are in the European Union
EU consumers have additional legal protection. Physical goods are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or does not match what was advertised, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement. If that cannot reasonably be provided, other remedies such as a price reduction or refund may apply.
Digital content and digital services are also protected by EU conformity rules. This includes things such as downloadable files, software, games, and browser-based tools.
Some EU countries provide additional or longer consumer protection under their own national laws.
If you bought from us through Etsy, Itch.io, MakerWorld, or another marketplace, that platform’s own buyer protection and dispute procedures may also apply to the order.
If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number, a short explanation of the problem, and photos, screenshots, or error messages where useful. We would much rather understand the problem properly and fix what can be fixed than make you guess which rule applies.
