Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Some NOW IN TIME products are handmade, customized, made to order, or prepared individually rather than pulled from warehouse stock. That means there can be a production period before the parcel is actually shipped.

Custom work can take longer if we need to prepare artwork, adapt files, test something, source a specific component, print or assemble the item, or check that everything works properly before it leaves us. Orders containing several different products may also take a little longer if one of them needs more preparation than the others.

Once the parcel has shipped, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. Customs checks, local postal delays, holidays, weather, transport disruptions, and temporary service restrictions can all slow a shipment down even when it left us on time.

The easiest way to understand where the delay is happening is to separate production time from shipping time. If you already have tracking, the order has been dispatched. If you do not, it may still be in preparation.

If the wait seems unusually long, contact us with your order number and we will check it properly rather than making you guess.
