How long do custom orders take to make?
There is no honest single answer to that question, because custom work varies too much in complexity. A straightforward customization inside an existing product structure is one thing. A more unusual request that needs testing, revisions, scaling decisions, source cleanup, design interpretation, or back-and-forth is something else entirely. On top of that, lead time also depends on the current queue, on whether parts or materials are already available, and on whether the request fits an existing workflow or requires a more experimental approach. So the right expectation is not “custom means immediate,” but “custom means variable.” If timing matters, especially for gifts, events, or deadlines, the only serious approach is to ask in advance.
