Do I need to contact you before placing a custom order?

Not always. If the product page already includes clear options and your request fits within them, you can usually proceed directly through the normal ordering flow. But once the request becomes more specific, more unusual, more file-dependent, more visually demanding, or more one-off in nature, contacting first becomes the smarter move. That is especially true if the result depends on a supplied logo, a text adaptation, a particular scale, a custom file, a niche use case, or a request that goes beyond the literal options shown on the page. The practical rule is simple: if the order fits the product configurator, you may not need to ask. If it goes beyond that, ask first.
