Description
Strike Witches: Suomus Misfits Squadron follows a group of young witches fighting in an alternate world where magic exists, and humanity faces the mysterious Neuroi, hostile lifeforms that spread corruption and consume metal. In 1939, as Europe struggles against a growing invasion, witches equipped with magical engines and Striker Units become the only force capable of confronting the enemy. Imperial Army ace Anabuki Tomoko is unexpectedly sent to the remote northern front of Suomus, where she joins a squadron composed of witches who have never distinguished themselves in their home countries and are often regarded as failures. As the Neuroi threat intensifies, this unlikely group must learn to work together and prove that even an overlooked squadron can play a decisive role in the defense of humanity.
Volume 1-2 are available (in the same cartridge), volume 3 is currently being translated by the fandom and is only partially available (we will put it in the cartridge if requested).

What is a GBbook?
GBbook: Custom Game Boy Cartridge for eBooks
Read a book directly on your Game Boy
GBbook is a custom physical Game Boy cartridge that lets you read complete books directly on your Game Boy. Choose a classic work, select a title from our catalog, or send your own compatible text and turn the console into a pocket-sized reading device. Each cartridge contains one complete book and comes in a cassette-style case with custom artwork, designed and assembled by NOW IN TIME.
Compatible with original Nintendo Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Light, Game Boy Player on Game Cube, and recent third-party consoles that can read these cartridges, like Analogue Pocket. Not compatible with Nintendo Game Boy DMG, DS, DSi, 3DS, or later Nintendo systems.
How does a Game Boy book cartridge work?
The book appears on the screen in small portions of text, one screen at a time. You read using the buttons, with a steady and natural rhythm, without scrolling or jumping around. It’s a different kind of reading experience, slower and more intentional, where each page becomes a small pause. As a person with ADHD, I find that reading in this format helps me stay inside the text without my attention drifting.
What comes with your GBbook cartridge?
You receive a fully working Game Boy cartridge with one complete book already loaded and ready to read. Each cartridge contains a single book. The cartridge comes in a cassette-style box, with custom graphics and instructions, designed as a collectible object. An original gift for people who love books, retro gaming, and objects that feel slightly out of time.

Stephen (Verified Customer) –
Excellent experience with the Seller, Beatrice. She is very kind and skilled at what she does. She was very willing to work with me and remarkably quick to prepare the file for the cartridge. She went above and beyond in the presentation of the item. She printed a custom label from the cover of my book and manufactured not only the case but fully customized that as well. She included instructions on how to use the menu system and an overview of her business. Highly respectable on how professional she is in her work and her kindness. The book cartridge itself is amazing! I had an idea of what to expect and while I tempered my expectations she indeed delivered exactly what I hoped for. It is an amazing idea to put books of the buyer’s choice on gameboy cartridges as Wisdom Tree did with the Holy Bible twice over. I am very happy.
